How can a customer report a power outage to Entegrus?
Power outages, as well as Chatham-Kent water emergencies, can be reported 24/7 by calling 1-866-804-7325. Current outage status can also be checked on Entegrus's online outage map.
How does a customer set up or move electricity or water service with Entegrus?
New and relocating customers submit a service request through Entegrus's online account portal, ideally at least 5 days before the desired move-in date. A one-time 30 dollar fee applies to new electricity accounts, added to the first bill.
What bill payment options does Entegrus offer?
Customers can pay through online account management, pre-authorized payment, telephone or online banking, credit card, ATM or bank branch instant teller, cheque by mail, in-person debit or cash at Chatham-Kent Municipal Service Centers, or drop boxes at the Chatham or St. Thomas offices.
