Who we are

What we collect

• Contact and submission forms (contact, nomination, Get Matched, claim, corrections): name, email, phone if provided, and the content of your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Sponsored placement payments: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
• Basic analytics: aggregate, privacy-focused page-view analytics (via Vercel Analytics) and directory interaction events (profile views, phone/website/email clicks) tied to the business viewed, not to your personal identity.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to you, process the request you made (a nomination, a claim, a correction, a match request), send the newsletter if you subscribed, and process Sponsored placement payments. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate the site: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (site hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payment processing). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact admin@100ck.ca.

Business listing data

Business directory listings are compiled from public sources (business websites, public registries) and nominations. If you are a business owner and want to update, claim, or request removal of a listing, use our claim or corrections process, or email us directly.
